1. Please PRINT or TYPE all information unless otherwise noted.
2. Please indicate if your pre-registration is for a family, group or merchant. Individuals with the same Merchant should indicate the name of the merchant i.e. Mad Bills Armory.
3. Please indicate which Age Group you are in by circling it on the Preregistration form. Groups ages & fees^ are:

T ( Teen / 12-17 )
Weekend: $8 Day: $5
C ( Child / 6-11 )
Weekend: $5 Day: $4
F ( Free / Under 6)
Weekend: FREE Day: FREE
$32 max.camping / $20 max. daytripping -
